Refund policy

We want you to love your RB Wovens piece. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it under the terms below.

Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, makeup or other marks.
- Tags and original packaging must be included.
- The gold print must be undamaged.
- Your order number is required as proof of purchase.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange it, subject to availability. If the size you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to start a return
1. Email rbwovens1@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a confirmed request may not be accepted.
3. Pack the item securely with its tags and original packaging.

Return shipping
For change of mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to show it.

- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Gift cards
